Welcoming one of our puppies into your family is a very special experience. Our goal is to make every step feel personal, organized, transparent, and beautifully simple.
From selecting your puppy to the moment they are safely in your arms, our team is here to guide you throughout the journey.

Eight Simple Steps to Welcome Your Puppy Home
Each reservation is handled individually by our team so that your purchase, documentation, preparation, and travel arrangements can be carefully coordinated around your puppy and destination.

Once you have chosen the puppy you would like to welcome home, our team will collect the information required to prepare your reservation.

Accurate contact information allows us to keep communication smooth throughout your purchase and travel arrangements.
Reservation
Reserve Your Puppy
A $500 USD non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your selected puppy.
Once you are ready to proceed, our team will provide the applicable deposit request and payment instructions.
PayPal and credit cards may be accepted for the initial reservation deposit only. The remaining purchase balance must be completed using an approved final-payment method.
Final Payment
Complete Your Purchase
U.S. & International Clients
The remaining purchase balance is completed by bank wire or international wire transfer. Our team will provide the required banking information and payment instructions.
Canadian Clients
PayPal may be used for the reservation deposit only, up to $500. The remaining balance must be completed through an approved bank or electronic transfer method.
For your security: Always use payment instructions provided directly by Betty’s Teacup Puppies. If you are ever uncertain about payment information, contact us before sending funds.
Confirmation
Finalize Your Reservation
Once the reservation deposit has been placed, the remaining purchase balance must generally be completed within 72 hours, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing.
Your puppy cannot be released or scheduled for transportation until all required payments have been received and confirmed.
For approved local pickups, in-person payment arrangements may be available when arranged with our team in advance.
Purchase Agreement
Review & Sign Your Agreement
Every puppy purchase is accompanied by a Purchase Agreement between Betty’s Teacup Puppies and the buyer.
The agreement contains the important terms of your purchase, including reservation and payment conditions, transportation responsibilities, health-guarantee provisions, and other applicable terms.
We encourage every client to review the agreement carefully before signing and contact our team with any questions.
Protection & Peace of Mind
One-Year Health Guarantee
Eligible puppies are provided with our One-Year Health Guarantee covering qualifying life-threatening congenital conditions, subject to the terms, limitations, exclusions, and claim requirements contained in the Purchase Agreement.

Preparing for Home
Your Puppy Is Prepared for Their Journey
Before joining their new family, each puppy receives thoughtful preparation to help make their transition home as comfortable as possible.

Welcome Home
Bringing Your Puppy Home
Once your puppy is eligible to travel and all applicable purchase, veterinary, documentation, and transportation requirements have been completed, our team will begin coordinating their journey home.
Depending on your location and your puppy’s eligibility, transportation may be arranged through an approved Pet Cargo service, Personal Nanny Delivery, or another agreed transportation method.
As the journey is finalized, our team will provide the applicable travel information and arrival instructions.
