At Betty’s Teacup Puppies, the safety and well-being of every puppy remain our priority. Delivery options, timelines, and availability vary according to the puppy’s age and weight, your destination, airline requirements, import regulations, and current travel conditions.

Two Delivery Options
Option One
Pet Cargo
For eligible puppies and destinations, transportation may be arranged through an approved airline Pet Cargo service to the nearest suitable international airport.
Pet Cargo transportation generally requires approximately 6 to 8 weeks, although actual timing may be shorter or longer depending on airline availability, documentation, destination requirements, and the puppy’s eligibility to travel.
Option Two
Personal Nanny Delivery
For families seeking a more personalized delivery experience, an experienced pet nanny may personally accompany your puppy throughout the journey.
Whenever airline rules and the puppy’s travel eligibility permit, the puppy travels in the aircraft cabin with the nanny and is personally delivered at an agreed major airport.

Pet Cargo eligibility is determined according to the applicable airline and destination requirements. Depending on the route, requirements may include:
If Pet Cargo is unavailable or unsuitable for your route, our Personal Nanny Delivery Service may be recommended instead.
Travel Comfort
Safety During Pet Cargo Travel
Puppies traveling through an approved live-animal cargo program are transported according to the airline’s animal-transport procedures.
Designated live-animal transport areas are managed according to applicable airline procedures, and appropriate travel arrangements, including food and water provisions when required, are prepared before departure.
Once your puppy’s flight has been confirmed, our team will provide the applicable flight details and airport pickup instructions.
Airport Availability
Some Routes May Require Additional Time
Certain destinations experience longer waiting periods because of limited live-animal cargo capacity or route availability.
MIA routes may require additional scheduling time.
DFW routes may be affected by limited live-animal cargo availability.
International Travel
International Destinations
International delivery availability depends on current airline routes, live-animal transportation policies, import regulations, government requirements, and destination-specific restrictions.
Certain countries or regions may have requirements that prevent us from arranging Pet Cargo transportation. Please contact us before reserving a puppy if your destination has specialized animal-import requirements.
Delivery to destinations such as Dubai (DXB), Riyadh (RUH), Doha (DOH), and Kuwait (KWI) may be available subject to current airline and government requirements.
Where applicable, specialized international cargo arrangements may require an additional $3,000 USD transportation fee, plus applicable import, customs, veterinary, permit, handling, or government fees.
Personal Nanny Service
When Is Nanny Delivery Recommended?
Personal Nanny Delivery may be required or recommended when:
- Direct Pet Cargo service is unavailable to your destination.
- The puppy does not meet the applicable cargo requirements.
- The selected route does not accept live-animal cargo.
- Travel regulations require an accompanied transportation method.
- We determine that nanny transportation is the safer or more appropriate available option.

Important Timing Note
Standby Travel
Our pet nannies may travel using standby airline arrangements. Because of this, proposed flight dates and arrival times are not guaranteed and may change according to airline seat availability, weather, cancellations, route changes, operational conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Our team will keep you informed of significant travel updates and coordinate the final meeting arrangements as your puppy’s journey progresses.

Why Can Delivery Take Several Weeks?
Bringing a puppy safely to a new family involves much more than simply booking an airline ticket.
Because many of these requirements involve airlines, veterinarians, government authorities, and international regulations, all delivery dates should be considered estimates rather than guarantees.
United States Travel
U.S. Import Requirements
Dogs entering or returning to the United States must comply with the import requirements in effect at the time of travel, including applicable CDC and other federal or state requirements.
Requirements may depend on the puppy’s age, vaccination history, country of origin, recent travel history, and other factors.
Because government requirements can change, the regulations in effect at the actual time of travel will apply.
Reservation
Payment & Reservation Deposit
When payment is being completed by bank wire transfer, a $1,000 USD deposit may be required to temporarily reserve the puppy while the remaining payment is being processed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the temporary reservation period is 72 hours.

Throughout the process, our priority remains the same: getting your puppy home as safely and comfortably as possible.
Delivery dates, routes, airlines, airports, transportation methods, and estimated timelines are subject to change. Airline schedules, weather, government regulations, import requirements, embargoes, veterinary requirements, and other circumstances may be outside the control of Betty’s Teacup Puppies.
Any estimated delivery date is provided as an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed arrival date.
The complete transportation, payment, reservation, and delivery terms applicable to a puppy purchase are contained in the Purchase Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between this page and the signed Purchase Agreement, the signed Purchase Agreement governs.
