Your Dream Puppy, Personally Sourced
Some of our most distinctive puppies are reserved very quickly. If the puppy you fell in love with is no longer available, or you are searching for something very specific, our Special Order service allows our team to personally search for a puppy that closely matches your preferences. Whether you are looking for a particular breed, gender, colour, estimated adult size, face type, coat, or overall appearance, we will work to locate an exceptional match for you.
A $1,000 USD non-refundable Special Order deposit is required to begin your personalized search. Once an appropriate puppy is located, the deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.

You are also welcome to send us photos or videos of puppies you love or use puppies from our Previous Puppies collection as inspiration.
Once We Find Your Puppy
When a puppy matching your requested preferences has been located, our team will present the puppy to you with the available photos, videos, information, and purchase price.
Your Special Order deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price, and the selected puppy will be reserved exclusively for you for seven (7) calendar days.
Unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing, the remaining purchase balance must be completed within the seven-day reservation period. If payment is not completed within the applicable hold period, the puppy may be released for reservation by another family and the Special Order deposit will be forfeited.

Special Orders are personalized searches, so availability and timing may vary depending on your requested characteristics. Our priority is finding a puppy that closely reflects your preferences rather than simply locating the fastest available puppy. Because each search is initiated specifically for you, please begin a Special Order only when you are committed and prepared to welcome your puppy once an appropriate match has been located.
